Breakfast Provisions Included

Your breakfast hamper will be waiting for you in the fridge. It contains eggs, locally smoked bacon, Beechworth apple juice, milk, muesli, yoghourt, fresh fruit, Genovese espresso coffee and a range of Twinings teas. We also deliver a loaf of fresh bread and the paper on your first morning.

Deposits & Full Payments

A deposit of 50% of total the accommodation charge is to be paid to secure a booking. This will be automatically processed on booking.

Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date and will be automatically processed. Please call on 0408 273 783 if you would like to make alternative payment arrangements for the balance payment. All prices in Australian Dollars.

Cancellation & Refunds

If cancelled 0 - 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited.
If cancelled 8 to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be forfeited.
If cancelled 14 or more days before arrival, a $.00 cancellation fee will be charged

Check In/Out times:

Check in is after 3.00pm, and Check out is 11am.

Smoking

1860 is a smoke free venue inside however guests can smoke on the outside verandah.

Children & Pets

Unfortunately 1860 cannot accommodate children and pets (even though we love them!)
